...These are just some of the reasons why building a robust chat solution into Faro was a key feature from day one. We wanted a chat experience which offers file uploads, multiple channels, and all the fun stuff like GIFs and emotes. And that’s exactly what we did.

With so much going on, getting the right information to your tour members can be very difficult. Email chains, text messages, and endless links are always a pain to find. With Information Blocks, we aim to make the process of finding what you need, when you need it, as seamless as possible.

Faro began as a solution to a persistent problem Michael faced repeatedly: broken communication while on tour. This fragmentation led to constant questions about easily accessible information.
