The industry still relies on hard copies of daysheets and tour books, and communication often spans multiple applications like iMessage, WhatsApp, Signal, email, Dropbox... you get the picture. This fragmentation led to constant questions about easily accessible information.
Introducing Faro. Our mission is to enhance the touring experience by placing communication at the heart of our product. Faro streamlines communication with built-in chat, privacy controls, notifications, bulletins, file management, and robust scheduling features.
During Faro's development, we prioritized delivering essential features based on user needs. Throughout the beta process, we actively responded to user feedback and suggestions, striving to provide the best tour experience possible. Our team is uniquely qualified, having built and delivered software at scale for companies like Shopify and League. coupled with 20 years of touring experience between Protest The Hero, The Kindred, and more, we iterate and release features quickly, with weekly mobile app updates and daily web updates, following modern software development practices.
