The group chat feature is a game changer, there's always someone on tour with an Android who ruins the group chats - this way we don't have to rely on WhatsApp to include everyone. As the app is created by people who have actually been on the road - they're cognizant to the needs of not only the tour manager but the touring band and crew - the little things like distance between venues, the calendar that shows any overlaps, and even the guest list feature are easier to navigate. I also love how responsive they are to feedback, and I'm excited to see the growth in Faro.
